The secret of a good circle, figure 8, hip drop or camel is the waist! This class is essential for any dancer who wants to make even stronger and more defined movements.

The class will be a real workout, and it will make you a better dancer! Any style, raqs sharqi, folklore or fusion, will benefit from working your waist and belly. You may feel sorry for yourself during class, (you will feel muscles that you maybe didn't even know you had), but you will be very pleased with yourself afterwards! Not to mention, you will take your dance to a whole new level!

The class is at open level, but you should have attended at least one term of beginner classes to sign up.
