Khaligi is a fun and joyous folkloric dance from the Arabian Gulf. It focuses on foot work, swaying hips, hand gestures and hair tossing. It is danced wearing beautiful big, wide dresses, called Thob an-Nissa’.

This fun (and exhausting workshop) guides you through the basic steps and movements, and we will also put steps together into small combinations
